What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit card payments via some of the most trusted online payment processors : Paypal and Stripe. 

Is my payment information safe?

Yes! It is secure. We do not store any credit card information. All payment information is encripted and processed  through our payment processor, Stripe and Paypal. The most reputable online payment providers on the web. The only information we store is your order information for the purpose of fullfilling your order. 

I want to cancel my order. What do I do?

Don't worry if you've changed your mind after you placed your order.  As long as we did not process your order we can provide an imediate refund. Please just contact us as soon as possible @ support@wantwhatwegot.com. If your order has been processed you will then need to follow our return policy.  

About My Order

When will my order arrive?

We use UPS, FEDEX and USPS to deliver our packages.

Orders shipped to the the U.S. will be delivered within 5-10 days  (Covid19 may impact shipping times)

All other orders to other countries ship within 14 - 20 days 

Most of the time are orders arrive a lot faster.  

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online. You can also track via our web site. 

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Unfortunatly due to Covid19 we do not offer exchanges. 

How do I return an item?

Please contact our customer service team via support@wantwhatwegot.com Providing the return is within the 14-day return period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return label by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.
